At the heart of West Windsor since 1973.
The West Windsor Historical Society collects, preserves and shares the history of our community through programs, events, educational outreach and the museum.
The West Windsor Historical Society (WWHS) was founded in 1973 to preserve and disseminate the history of West Windsor through its museum, community events and educational programs. The Society actively collects and maintains artifacts, historical records, oral history, maps and photography.
Mission
The Grange Hall
WWHS is located in the historic Grange Hall on Route 44 in Brownsville. As the steward of our original community center, maintaining and preserving the Grange Hall is central to our mission.
Today, WWHS is in the process of updating the second-floor museum, creating an outdoor event space and with landscaping and seating, modernizing the kitchen and ensuring all areas are ADA compliant.
The Grange Hall is available for events! If you’d like to know more about how you can support WWHS by using the Hall, please contact Programs@WWHS-vt.org
